Monte accepts the return of unworn and unused slippers in their original condition in their dust bag upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange items for monogrammed Montes unless faulty.
Purchases can only be returned for exchange or credit note via post, to the Monte office address located at:

Monte cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, werecommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.
Where a credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.
If a faulty item is received, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for Monte as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
Monte offers, where able and with costs incurred by the customer, the repair of faulty items considered that of reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Customers must contact Monte Pty Ltd by email within 14 days from the date of purchase to make a return for exchange or credit note.
To process your exchange or credit note, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Original Order Reference Number
- Date of Purchase
- Size and colour Monte to be returned for exchange or credit note
- State the reason for return
- State your preference of exchange or credit note
- Monte will send a returns form and the Monte Head Office address. The returns form must be included in the return. Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post.
Please note, Monte Pty Ltd will not be responsible for return shipping costs for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
